We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating administrative staff, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will be highly efficient, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office facilities, including supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Oversee administrative staff and ensure they perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate office activities and events, such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking, including monitoring office expenses and managing vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when necessary.
  • Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean office environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience with office management software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with budget management is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
